This project, focussed on achieving spaciousness and openness, lent priority to demolition rather than construction.
Indeed, firstly the sustainable design gave rise to honest construction, i.e., bareness of materials without embellishments (exposed brickwork and installations); secondly, priority use was made of natural materials such as rope and wood.
